What we Japanesn should do at first when a new foreign officer come to our office is to introduce ourselves immedeately to him or her.
Not knowing his or her name, we could not make friends with them ,I think.
They ｗould be easy to spoke to us after we do it.

→ Japanese people should better introduce themselves in meeting an unknown foreign officer, at the first time in his showing up to your office.

Not knowing his or her name, we could not make friends with them ,I think.

→　Without knowing each other's names, making friends with strangers are not quite easy, as you understand.

They ｗould be easy to spoke to us after we do it.

→ Well, after counter introductions to each other for the ice-breaking, communication afterwards would be going the easier.
