以下、俺からの質問だ。
(1) The President finally failed to set up a new treaty with Japan by accepting the US troops's privileges on its original missions.
この文で、by 以下のことを accept したから、日本との新条約締結に失敗したの？
それとも、by 以下のことを accept する条件の新条約締結に失敗したの？
(2) Since the date of signature, the trade terms and condition shall become invalid in 4 years since the date of signature.
これは shall become invalid 4 years later.
と置き換え可能なのか？
