dream は countable noun ですので、dreams で良いと思いますが、
reality はcountable, uncountable 両方の使い方が存在します。従っ
て、タイトルとしては “dreams and realities” かいっそうの事
“dream and reality” としましょう。dreams and reality ですと、
「夢は沢山あるが現実は一つ、厳しいですよ」とうい感じになってし
まいます。このタイトルは貴殿が作ったものでしょうが、若し学校の
先生が宿題として出したならば、上記のような厭世的な性格の持ち主
か、或いは英語力が怪しい先生でしょうか。
"Dream versus Reality"
The five senses make us feel that the world around me is real.
Seeing the solidity of the objects around me, in other word, of
the existence of living things, or of everything that god has
created, I cannot but feel dreams are comparable in significance
with nothing real.
That is, it is hard or almost impossible to deny the validity
of what I see around me. Everything around me looks real and it
actually exists in reality, though I never stop to question this
reality.
Dreams are, after all, to be termed as impractical proposition
which will never work well however ingeniously conceived.
In the end, I have to tackle with reality that I feel hollowed
out. That is my DESTINY.
